Shipping is free on all orders placed into USA. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Seven50 does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO\FPO Addresses.

Do you delivery Internationally?
Yes, we accept orders from all over the world. The delivery costs vary depending on the destination.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship everywhere in the United States and recently expanded internationally as well.
Will i pay International Taxes and Duties?
Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your local postal service for rates or calculate expected duties and taxes here.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and we’ll take you through the process.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in USA, 3 to 7 in Europe. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
How can i track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
What if i ordered the wrong size?
If the ring, necklace or bracelet you ordered does not fit, we will be happy to exchange your piece for a different size within 30-days of the order date. However, the $15 postage fee (shipping fee each way) must be covered by the customer.
Can I get my product personalized?
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

Where are your Products made?
Some of our products are made in Italy, some from USA and some from Asia. We work with small workshops specialized in luxury goods for over 40 years.
What are your care instructions?
We recommend having your diamond Jewelry cleaned and inspected every six months or if it undergoes any potential trauma. Inspections may help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your jewelry. This cleaning and inspection service is free of charge to Seven50 customers on their Seven50 diamond Jewelry. The customer only pays for shipping, and Seven50 pays for return shipping. Repairs to your ring mounting can also be done at this time at cost.
What type of diamonds do you use?
We use Natural Diamonds. For Seven50 fine Jewelry, responsible sourcing lies at the very heart of our business. It means that throughout a Seven50 diamond's journey from rough to polished, particular care has been taken to ensure responsible business practices, to support the advancement of women and to protect the natural world, which is the ultimate source of our diamonds.
What types of Credit Cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal payment service and Amazon Pay.
When will my card be charged for my order?
The debit on your credit card comes within a maximum of 7 days after your order. All bank transactions are protected and managed by the stripe company.
